The best way to ensure you stay in the game (instead of finding yourself sidelined with injuries) is to address aches, pains, tight areas, or “funky” feelings right away.

The Quick Injury Screen is a fast & easy check-up for an athlete who feels like something is off after a game or practice and needs guidance on what to do next. It’s a 30-minute appointment that includes a brief assessment and discussion about what next steps should be taken.

  • We work together, as a team, to figure out what is hurting, what may be contributing, establish goals and checkpoints for recovery, and create a plan we can both commit to for getting you back in action.
